Jetty client specifics
If you log into the USU Service Management Web Client running on the Jetty Rich Client, an additional Reload 
icon becomes available in the toolbar.
If you click the button while no window is opened in the workspace, then the workspace reloads immediately.
If you click the button while one or more windows are opened in the workspace, then a Reload dialog with the following options gets displayed:
Close all windows and reload
You can save changes before the reload.
Reload
The reload is executed immediately without saving the changes.
Cancel
Cancels the action.
